Honesty: A Study, is a collection of photographs, observations and findings stemming from a social study conducted in the Fall of 2000.  One hundred wallets were purposely lost in various neighborhoods throughout New York City.  The contents of each wallet were filled with the personal effects of one of four different characters.  The study’s intent was to observe and document the influence of the character type and neighborhood on rate of return.
